We take great care to describe our goods accurately and provide photographs for our customers. If your item does not match our product description, please contact us within five working days of accepting delivery to arrange a store credit or refund. No refunds will be given for change of mind.  All returns must be made within ten working days from the date your originally received the order and tracking numbers must be provided.

Returned items must be in unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) and we will organise a refund or exchange.

Please keep in mind that until the goods are received by us in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you. We recommend sending all returns via Registered & Insured Post, to ensure the goods can be traced and are insured whilst in transit.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for refunds to be processed. Please remember that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
